How it all began
Connect & Treat was founded in 2020 with a simple mission: to remove barriers between people seeking help and qualified mental health professionals.
After experiencing firsthand how challenging it can be to find the right therapist, our founder Ann-Marie Davis set out to create a platform that would make the process simple, transparent, and effective.
Today, we've helped many of our clients connect with therapists who truly understand their needs and can provide targeted support for their specific challenges.

Connect & Treat was founded by Ann-Marie Davis with a clear mission: to make mental health support more accessible for those who need it, while giving therapists a simple, effective way to connect with new clients. Ann-Marie has over twenty five years' experience working in both the NHS and in her private practice. Ann-Marie is passionate about enabling individuals finding the right treatment with the best therapist qualified to help, ensuring that the treatment is of the highest quality and meets quality standards recognised by professional governing bodies.
After recognising the barriers people often face when seeking therapy, long waiting lists, limited choice, and difficulty finding the right match, Ann-Marie set out to create a platform that removes those obstacles. Today, Connect & Treat empowers clients to take control of their wellbeing, and gives therapists the tools to grow their practice.
